Write for us
We welcome clear, original pitches about goals, learning, habits, focus and reflection. A strong contribution gives readers a precise question to work with and a useful way to think or act, without promising that one routine will suit everyone.
What to pitch
We are interested in practical explanations, thoughtful comparisons, pieces of context, examinations of common assumptions and occasion-specific guides. Each proposal should have one main idea and a distinct reader takeaway. We prefer useful detail over sweeping claims, and approaches that readers can adapt without specialist help.
A strong proposal
Tell us the working title, central question, intended reader and main points the piece would make. Explain what makes the angle specific and how you would handle limits or exceptions. Originality matters: a list of familiar tips without a clear argument is less useful than a focused piece that shows why a choice works, when it may not, or how to try it.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial enquiry option. Please include a short outline and any relevant writing samples you want us to consider. A proposal is not an accepted commission, and we may ask for clarification before making an editorial decision.
