Editorial policy
Select Progress Hub aims to make ideas about personal progress clear, grounded and honest about their limits. We explain our reasoning, distinguish suggestions from facts and revise the record when we get something wrong.
Accuracy and scope
We check factual statements against appropriate sources before publication and take care not to turn a personal preference into a universal rule. Where an article offers an exercise or method, we describe it as an option to consider rather than a guaranteed result. We do not provide professional medical, legal or investment advice.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not to fulfil a partner's preferred conclusion. Paid or partner-supported material is clearly identified where it appears, and we distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. Partnership does not guarantee a favourable mention or editorial approval.
Corrections
If a reader spots an error, they can send a message through the Contact page with the article title and the point in question. We review credible corrections, amend material when needed and make significant changes clear to readers. We do not preserve a known factual error simply because it has already been published.
Images and illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. When an image is illustrative rather than a documentary record, we do not present it as evidence of a real event, person or place. Captions and context should make an image's role clear.
